SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
Niche shipping rates vary based on your location. We cannot deliver to a PO Box. Orders shipping within New York State are subject to New York State taxes. Overnight or Express shipping is available upon request at an additional charge.
All shipments require a signature for delivery. Replacement accessories such as bulbs and electrical components do not require signature upon delivery. Please email our sales office at info@nichemodern.com or call us at 212-777-2101 if you have questions regarding shipping rates on these specific items.
ADDRESS CHANGES
Please double check your shipping address and notify us if any changes need to be made. Any address changes made after shipping will result in a $15.00 change fee per box.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All international orders are sold in USD. Shipping prices are stated in USD. International Lighting orders ship exclusively with UPS Worldwide Expedited. Most shipments are delivered within 7-10 business days. Please email info@nichemodern.com or call us at 212-777-2101 for ALL international orders if you would like to know your shipping charges prior to placing an order.
Otherwise, we will email you with the shipping charges shortly after your order has been processed. All duties and taxes incurred are the responsibility of the recipient and are payable upon receipt of the goods. For information regarding duties and taxes, please contact your local customs office. Niche Modern does not ship to APO/AP addresses. Niche is unable to estimate customs, VAT or duty fees.
SHIPPING TO CANADA
All international orders are sold in USD. Shipping prices are stated in USD. We ship UPS Standard to Canada unless Worldwide Expedited is requested. Standard does not include brokerage or any taxes/duties. Worldwide Expedited covers brokerage fees but does not include any taxes/duties. Please allow approximately 5-8 business days from the date your order was shipped for arrival.
Overnight or Express shipping is available upon request at an additional charge, but delivery timeframes are subject to delays in customs.
SHIPPING CLAIMS
We gladly ship with UPS Ground Service and have an excellent shipping track record, but in case of breakage or damage during transit, all orders are insured, and we will be happy to replace your order in full if the damage is reported within 5 business days of receipt. Please notify us immediately at info@nichemodern.com with your Order Number, Tracking Number, photos, and any other details so we can file a claim. Each carrier has time limits imposed between the shipment arrival and when the claim is filed, so to meet their requirements, we must report the claim as soon as possible or the claim will be rejected. Upon receipt, please be sure to inspect your modern lighting package for any missing items or damages!
CHANGE OR CANCELING AN ORDER
If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us below or call us toll free at 212-777-2101. Orders that have shipped out cannot be canceled.
